new country / channel requests

- First, thank you for this great firefox plug-in. Great work!
- Second, if i had not overseen it, there was no new country/channel request topic in the forum, so i have herewith created one. You could link the bottom link on page http://www.tv-manager.org/faq/35-faq/45 ... -available to this topic here on the forum if you like.
- Third, how could i help you to enable DE (Germany) and CZ (Czech Republic) channels and countries too as I live in Germany and watch some czech programs too.

Germany is definitely a country we will consider for future versions. Thanks for your proposition to help us.

Great Idea. i could really use this.

Can you add the channels for Australia if possible. For me it would be the ones in Sydney. I have a few friends that would be able to use this. I am forever sitting at my pc and missing shows because I forgot they were on.

Add Canada please. Most of the programming is the same as the U.S. but the show times are different.

This extension is exactly what I'm looking for... but I'm in the UK. Any chance you could add UK TV listings please?
